Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, you'll receive credit towards your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day free trial, you'll be automatically charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Litmusly within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we can also accommodate invoicing.
Can I add more team members?
Yes, you can add additional team members to any plan. Each additional seat costs $19/month on the Starter plan and $29/month on the Pro plan. Enterprise plans include unlimited seats.
What counts as a 'test'?
A test is a single feedback session with your specified number of AI personas. You can run tests on concepts, prototypes, or existing products. Unused tests do not roll over to the next month.
